Alayna Stroud
Alayna Stroud grew up in northern Michigan on a dairy farm, as one of six children. She received her training at Interlochen Arts Academy, University of Michigan, Mills College, and North Carolina School of the Arts. She has performed with Terry Sendgraff’s Motivity, Alban Elved/ Karola Luttringhouse, Project Bandaloop, Jo Kretiter’s Flyaway Productions, and Cirque du Soleil. She is a co-director of Bow & Sparrow and Cirque Noir, both creating theater and club friendly entertainment. She offers workshops in burlesque, sensual movement, aerial, modern, and pole dancing. Alayna believes that movement is the key to unlocking all the potential and wisdom within us.
